Customer workflow

What happens after you order

From plan selection to a running server, the path is the same for every customer.

  1. 1

    Choose a published Minecraft plan

Browse eight Java Minecraft plans from 2 GB to 24 GB RAM. Each plan lists its monthly price, RAM, and storage before checkout.

  2. 2

    Check out through billing

Orders, invoices, account details, and support tickets run through the billing portal at billing.zerviosolutions.com.

  3. 3

Manage the server in the game panel

After purchase, day-to-day server management happens in the game panel at panel.zerviosolutions.com — console access, files, startup settings, schedules, users, and backups.

  4. 4

Use docs, tickets, or Discord for help

Public docs cover common tasks, billing tickets handle account and service issues, and the community Discord provides peer and company support.
