Information we collect
Zervio collects information needed to provide hosting, billing, support, and account access. This can include your name, email address, billing details, invoice history, service details, support tickets, panel account identifiers, IP addresses, login/session records, and Discord account information if you choose to link or use Discord features.
Server files, worlds, plugins, mods, logs, configuration files, console output, and backups may be processed as part of providing hosting and support.
How we use information
We use customer information to create and manage accounts, process orders and invoices, provision Minecraft hosting services, operate the game panel, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure systems, monitor service health, send service notices, and maintain business records.
Support staff and automated support tooling may review ticket content, service metadata, logs, and account records to diagnose hosting, billing, or access issues.
Payments and billing providers
Orders, invoices, tickets, and customer billing access are handled through billing.zerviosolutions.com. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Zervio does not need to store full card numbers to provide hosting service.
Billing records may include transaction IDs, invoice status, service status, subscription or renewal details, and payment-related event history.
Game panel and infrastructure data
Servers are managed through panel.zerviosolutions.com. The panel and hosting infrastructure may process account identifiers, server identifiers, allocation details, resource usage, startup commands, files, backups, logs, and network metadata required to run and troubleshoot customer servers.
Zervio may collect operational metrics such as service status, uptime checks, resource usage, restart events, error output, and abuse indicators to keep the platform reliable and secure.
Discord and community services
If you interact with Zervio through Discord or link Discord to your account, we may process your Discord user ID, username, guild membership, role information, message context related to support, and interaction metadata needed to provide account linking or community support.
Discord is a third-party platform with its own privacy practices. Do not post passwords, payment details, private keys, or sensitive account information in public Discord channels.
Retention and security
Zervio keeps customer, billing, ticket, operational, and security records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, comply with legal or tax obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain platform reliability.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect customer data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use strong passwords and protect their own account credentials.
Your choices
You can update account information through the billing portal where available. You can request help with access, cancellation, data questions, or account changes by opening a billing support ticket.
Deleting or cancelling a service may remove access to hosted files after the cancellation or retention window. Customers should download any server files, worlds, or backups they want to keep before cancellation completes.
