Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Zervio Solutions hosting, billing, game panel, support, documentation, and related customer services.

Service scope

Zervio Solutions provides self-service game server hosting, currently focused on Java Minecraft hosting plans purchased through billing.zerviosolutions.com and managed through panel.zerviosolutions.com.

Services include access to the billing portal, invoices, support tickets, game panel access, public documentation, status information, and the Zervio Discord community. Published plans, prices, and available stock are shown on the pricing page and may change over time.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your billing account, game panel account, passwords, email address, and any linked third-party accounts secure and accurate.

You are responsible for the files, plugins, mods, worlds, configurations, users, and activity on servers you control. Do not use Zervio services for illegal content, abusive traffic, malware, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, spam, harassment, or activity that disrupts Zervio systems or other customers.

Billing and renewals

Prices are listed in USD unless the checkout page states otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated during checkout in the billing portal.

Minecraft hosting plans are billed on the cycle selected at checkout. No setup fee is advertised on the public pricing page. A service may be suspended or terminated if invoices remain unpaid after the due date or if payment is reversed, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.

Server management and availability

Zervio provides the hosting environment and game panel tools; customers manage their own server configuration and gameplay content. Support can assist with common Minecraft hosting issues such as startup errors, crashes, logs, plugins, mods, backups, DNS/SRV records, and panel access.

Zervio maintains a public status page and may perform emergency or scheduled maintenance when needed to protect service stability, security, or infrastructure health.

Support

Support requests should be opened through the billing portal ticket system. Discord may be used for community communication, but tickets are the official support path for account, billing, service, cancellation, refund, and sensitive access issues.

For faster support, include your service name or ID, game version, relevant console errors or logs, recent changes, and whether the issue affects startup, network access, performance, files, or billing.

Suspension and termination

Zervio may suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices, abuse, security risk, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, policy violations, or activity that threatens platform reliability.

Customer cancellation requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a service stops future renewal billing, but it does not automatically erase unpaid invoices or guarantee a refund.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis for game hosting. Zervio is not responsible for customer-created content, third-party plugins or mods, upstream provider outages, third-party payment processor issues, Discord availability, or losses caused by customer misconfiguration.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zervio’s liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.

Policy changes

Zervio may update these Terms as services, infrastructure, payment flows, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
